Anuga Select China, as the foremost international fair strategically targeting the F&B market in Southern China, is scheduled to take place from 24-26 April 2024, at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (Futian).

In 2024, Anuga Select China will specially create "Prepared Dishes & Central Kitchen Zone", which will comprehensively cover the prepared dishes product segment, including prepared ingredients, prepared raw materials and seasonings, prepared semi-finished products, ready-to-eat products, prepared dishes, instant food, convenience food, central kitchen equipment, prepared supporting facilities and cold chain logistics, etc. At the same time, the "China Catering Innovation and Prepared Dishes Summit" will be organised with China's catering industry chain media Catering O2O which will invite leading catering brands to participate and share the new opportunities and emerging markets in the catering industry.
