In 2024, Anuga Select China will have its official debut as part of Anuga's global strategy to showcase its dynamism in China. Concurrently, SIGEP China - Southern China's International Expo, dedicated to the production of Gelato, Bakery & Coffee, will take place at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center from 24 to 26 April.

Together, two events will create an exceptional international food and beverage experience for the Greater Bay Area and Southern China market.

The 3-day exhibition features a wide range of activities and forums, offering diverse value for exhibitors and visitors. The cooking competitions and tasting events have garnered much attention, such as Sichuan Hot Pot Ingredients Innovation Competition and the themed tasting event Foodie Space. Moreover, the exhibition will host the China Region Selections for the Bread in the City – International Baking Competition and The Pastry Queen, as well as the CTI Latte Art Duel & Brewing for Fun competitions.
